Most useful to us
- Corrections. A figure that’s wrong or a rule that has changed. Tell us which page and what you think it should say, and we’ll check it and fix it.
- Prices and stock. If a product we recommend has gone out of stock or jumped in price, that’s worth knowing.
- Your experience. If you’ve used something we recommend in an Irish home, good or bad, we’d like to hear how it went.
- Ideas. A damp or drying problem we haven’t covered yet.
Where we can’t help
We can’t advise on your particular situation or inspect a property. For those, these are better places to go:
- Problems with a tenancy: Threshold gives free, independent advice to tenants anywhere in Ireland.
- A rented home below the minimum standards: the Environmental Health Service of your local council can inspect it.
- Mould and your health: your GP.
- Fallen wires or a power fault: ESB Networks on 1800 372 999, as listed on their safety page.
Brands and retailers
RainyDay.ie doesn’t accept payment for coverage or free products in return for a recommendation. Product corrections from manufacturers are welcome and will be checked like any other. How the site is funded is set out in our affiliate disclosure.
